When you book a service, request a quote or contact us, we collect the details needed to do the job: your name, contact number, email if provided, property address, and the service information you give us. Our website does not require an account and does not collect payment details online.

2. How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform services, prepare quotes, keep service records required for safety and compliance, and follow up on treatments that include follow-up visits. We may contact you about a booking or an active service by phone or email.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except suppliers strictly necessary to deliver the service, and where the law requires. Marketing messages are sent only where you have agreed to receive them, and every one includes a way to opt out.

4. Service records

Records of treatments at your property, including products applied and rates, are retained because safety and compliance depend on them. You may request a copy of the service records for your own property at any time.

5. Security and retention

Customer information is held on access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

6. Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal retention requirement applies. Write to hello@securekil.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
