What happens after you contact us
Predictability is part of professionalism. Here is exactly how a job runs, from your first message to the follow-through afterwards.
Step 1: Tell us the problem
Same dayCall us or use the booking form. We ask a few focused questions: what you are seeing, where, for how long, and what kind of property it is. Those answers decide which technician and which equipment come to you. Bookings are confirmed with a scheduled window, Monday to Saturday.
Step 2: We plan the treatment
1 to 3 working daysEvery service has a written treatment specification, and your job is planned against it. Termite control and fumigation always begin with a site inspection because dosage and method depend on what the inspector finds. Commercial clients receive assessment-based service planning across their sites. For other services, the plan is built from your booking details and confirmed before we arrive.
Step 3: Treatment day
Typically 1 to 3 hours on siteThe technician arrives in the confirmed window with the products and equipment specified for your job, walks the treatment areas with you, completes the work and explains exactly what was applied and where. You receive a service record before the technician leaves, along with any drying or re-entry times.
Step 4: Follow-through
Days to weeks, per programmeAftercare instructions are specific to the treatment: what to clean and when, what to leave alone, what to watch for. Programmes that need follow-up visits, such as bedbug treatment or baiting programmes, have them scheduled before we leave. If something is not right between visits, you call and we respond.
