Who we are

Professional pest control, properly done

Anyone can spray a room. Doing the job properly means identifying the pest, choosing the method that reaches the nest rather than the surface, applying registered products at correct rates, and standing behind the result. That has been our standard for over three decades, and it is why customers who find us tend to stay.

Who we serve

Every property has its own pest logic

A hotel is not a warehouse, and a hospital is not a kitchen. Our programmes are built around how each place actually operates.

Materials and products from trusted industry suppliers

Suppliers: BASF, Bayer, Syngenta, FMC, Longray, Termidor, Zagro, Uniphos, Boschwise, Philips
How it works

From first call to lasting result

1

Tell us the problem

Call, message or book online. Describe what you are seeing and where, and we schedule the right technician for the job.

2

We plan the treatment

The method is matched to the pest and the property. For termite and fumigation work this starts with a proper site inspection.

3

Treatment day

Your technician arrives in the confirmed window, completes the work to specification and walks you through what was done.

4

Aftercare

You get aftercare guidance and a service record. Where a treatment plan runs across more than one visit, the dates are agreed with you as part of the scope.

Why choose us

What properly done actually means

Do it once, do it right

A treatment that has to be repeated because it was rushed is not cheaper for anyone. We plan, apply and verify so the job holds.

Say what we will do, then do it

Scope, method and expected outcome are agreed before work starts. If something on site changes the plan, you hear it from us first.

Respect the property

We drill where drilling is needed and nowhere else, protect furnishings during work, and leave a site as tidy as we found it.

Keep learning

Products, resistance patterns and methods change. Our training programme changes with them, every year, without exception.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they book

If yours is not here, call us and a person will answer it.

It depends on the district and on the kind of work. A household treatment can usually be scheduled sooner than termite or fumigation work, which needs the property or the consignment looked at first. Call us with your location and what you are seeing, and we will tell you honestly what we can do and when.
For most work, no. Ordinary treatments go into cracks, voids and along runs rather than across the rooms you use, so the household can stay put. Fumigation and whole-space fogging are different, and those carry a vacancy period we give you in writing well ahead of the day rather than on arrival.
There is no standard figure, because the work is priced on what is actually there: which pest, how large the property is, and how far it has already travelled. What you get is a written quotation naming the method, the areas included and the figure, before a technician starts anything. You are charged nothing until you have said yes to that document.
Tell us. We will look at what was applied, where, and what has changed at the property since, and we will be straight with you about whether the original treatment was the wrong call or whether something new is feeding the problem. Some pests cannot be settled in a single visit, and we say which those are before you book rather than afterwards.
