The audit decides everything

On an export processing site the pest problem is rarely dramatic. What decides whether the site passes is whether the programme can be evidenced: who runs it, where the stations are, what was found each visit, and what was done about it.

Whole space work needs the building empty for the full exposure period, including any offices attached to it. That means it is planned into a scheduled shutdown, and the sealing time is the part most often underestimated when a date is being agreed.

What we need before quoting a factory

The commodity or product, how it is stored, how the building is laid out and what your audit actually asks for. That last item changes the reporting more than the treatment, and getting it wrong means doing the work twice. We would rather see the requirement in writing than be told what somebody remembers it saying.
