How the treatment works
Baiting and trapping
Tamper resistant bait stations are placed along runs and harbourages. In sensitive areas such as kitchens we use trapping instead of rodenticide.
Entry proofing
We seal the gaps, pipe penetrations and damaged thresholds rodents use, because removal without proofing is temporary by definition.
Service visits
Stations are checked and refreshed on a schedule, with activity recorded so you can see the population decline visit by visit.
Safety measures
All rodenticides are secured inside locked, tamper resistant stations that children and pets cannot open. Station locations are mapped and recorded, and carcass searches are part of every service visit to prevent odour issues.

- Note where you have seen droppings or heard activity and tell the technician
- Clear access to wall lines behind stored goods where possible
- Store open food in sealed containers
- Fix dripping taps and standing water that give rodents an easy water source
After your treatment
- Do not move or open bait stations
- Keep exterior doors closed and report new gnaw damage
- Maintain the proofing work, especially door brushes and mesh
- Keep waste in closed bins and clear food debris nightly
