Pest control is a skilled trade with visible results: a family sleeping without bites, a warehouse passing its audit, a house saved from termites. If you want a career with craft in it, read on.
What working here is like
We promote from within, train in-house and treat technicians as the professionals they are. New joiners are paired with senior technicians for months before working alone, and the training does not stop after certification because the field does not stop changing.
The work is physical, precise and varied. One week you might be baiting a restaurant kitchen at dawn, the next mapping termite galleries in a heritage building. What stays constant is the standard: we do the job properly or we do not put our name on it.
What we offer
Structured paid training from day one
Clear progression from trainee to senior technician
Full protective equipment and modern tools, always
A six-day working week with Sundays off
Recognition tied to service quality, not just speed
Open roles

Pest Control Technician
Full time, field basedWestern Province
The core of the company. Structured training, every service line, then your own route.
You will complete our structured training programme, rotate through every service line under supervision, and graduate to running your own route.
No pest control experience is required. Carefulness and reliability are, because the work happens in other people's homes and businesses and the standard has to hold whether or not anyone is watching.
What we are looking for
A clean driving licence, or the willingness to obtain one
Physically comfortable with ladders, roof spaces and crawl spaces
Careful with detail - treatments fail when steps are skipped
Presentable and polite with customers, every visit
The most technically demanding discipline in the industry, learned under licensed fumigators.
You will learn gas handling, monitoring, sealing methods and clearance procedures under licensed fumigators.
This is a pathway to a licensed specialist role with real responsibility. It is also the discipline where procedure matters most, so we train slowly and certify properly.
What we are looking for
Strict adherence to procedure - this is not negotiable in gas work
Willing to travel and to work occasional nights
Comfortable wearing full PPE for extended periods
Prepared to study for and sit licensing examinations
The first voice customers hear. Bookings, routing, follow-ups and keeping people informed.
You will take bookings, route technicians, manage follow-up schedules and keep customers informed.
It suits someone organised who enjoys turning a stressed caller into a relieved one. Most people ring us on a bad day; how that call goes decides what they think of the company.
What we are looking for
Clear spoken and written Sinhala and English; Tamil is a strong plus
Organised enough to hold a day of moving appointments together
Calm with an upset caller
Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
