Commercial pest control
Pests cost businesses stock, audits, reviews and reputations. Our commercial programmes are built on site assessment, scheduled service and documentation that stands up to scrutiny.
Assessment-based programmes
Commercial work starts with understanding the site. Before proposing a programme we assess your premises: how goods move, where waste sits, which areas run hot and humid, what previous treatments were tried. The programme that comes out of that assessment fits your operation instead of interrupting it, with service visits scheduled around production hours, occupancy or opening times.
Every programme includes the paperwork your auditors, franchisors and health inspectors expect: numbered station maps, per-visit service records, product documentation and trend reports. When the audit comes, your pest file is an asset, not a risk.
Monitoring is the part that actually protects you
The treatments are the visible half of a commercial programme. The half that keeps you out of trouble is monitoring: numbered stations and insect monitors checked on a fixed schedule, with every reading logged. That record is what turns a vague sense that “we saw a couple last month” into a trend line showing exactly where activity is rising and when it started.
It also changes what a treatment costs you. Catching rodent activity at the perimeter in week one is a bait adjustment. Finding it in a production area in week nine is a shutdown, a deep clean, and a conversation with your customer. The whole point of the schedule is to keep problems in the first category.
Working around your operation
Nobody wants a technician in a hotel corridor at check-in or on a factory floor mid-shift. Service visits are scheduled around how your site actually runs — overnight for restaurants and hotels, during shutdown windows for production lines, out of term time for schools. Technicians sign in through your own visitor and hygiene procedures, wear whatever PPE your site mandates, and work to your permit system where one exists.
For multi-site operators, the same reporting format is used across every location, so head office is comparing like with like rather than reading six different formats from six contractors.
When an auditor arrives unannounced
You should not have to call us to answer an auditor's questions. Your file on site holds the current station map, the service history with technician sign-off, safety data sheets for every product held or applied, the trend report, and the corrective action log showing what was raised and what was done about it.
If an auditor does want to speak to the contractor directly, you have a named contact who knows your account rather than a call centre. That single fact has resolved more audit findings than any document we have ever produced.
Sectors we work in
Hotels and restaurants, food manufacturing and processing, supermarkets and retail, warehousing and logistics, hospitals and clinics, schools and universities, offices, and apartment and condominium management. Each carries a different set of constraints — HACCP requirements, franchisor standards, patient safety, term dates — and the programme is written around those constraints rather than dropped on top of them.

Industries we serve
Homes & Apartments
Family homes need treatments that respect the people, pets and routines inside them. We schedule around your day, use targeted methods over blanket spraying, and leave you with clear aftercare instructions rather than a mystery invoice.Hotels & Restaurants
One bedbug review or a fly over a buffet can undo years of reputation. We work discreetly around occupancy and service hours, and our documentation stands up when health inspectors and booking platforms come asking.Factories & Warehouses
Stored product insects and rodents put entire stock lines at risk. Our programmes cover racking, loading bays and silos with bait station mapping and activity logs formatted for third party audits.Corporate Offices
Pantries, ceiling voids and cable ducts quietly host the pests your staff eventually photograph. We service outside working hours, keep treatments low odour, and report to facilities managers in plain language.Hospitals & Pharma Facilities
Clinical environments allow no shortcuts. We operate to strict product and exclusion protocols in patient and production areas, coordinate with infection control teams, and document every application to compliance standards.Schools & Government Estates
Large campuses combine kitchens, dormitories, grounds and old buildings in one contract. We plan treatments for term breaks and weekends, prioritise child-safe methods, and manage sprawling sites with a single point of contact. Most requested by businesses
