Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms govern services provided by The Fumigators, part of Securekil Pest Management (“we”, “us”). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and scheduling

Bookings are confirmed with a scheduled service window within our working hours, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You may reschedule at no charge with at least one working day of notice. Repeated missed appointments without notice may incur a call-out charge, which we will tell you about before it applies.

3. Quotes and pricing

Exact costs are confirmed after a technician reviews your request, and where required, after a site inspection. A confirmed quote is binding for the scope described. If conditions found on site differ materially from the description on which the quote was based, we will discuss and agree any changes with you before work proceeds.

4. Access and preparation

Treatments depend on reasonable access to the areas being treated and completion of the preparation steps in your booking confirmation. Where lack of access or preparation prevents proper treatment, we will advise you and reschedule where needed.

5. Treatment outcomes and retreatment

We apply registered products at label rates to written specifications. Where a programme includes follow-up visits, results should be assessed at the end of the programme rather than after a single visit. If a completed treatment does not perform as described, tell us within the follow-up window stated on your service record and we will retreat per our retreatment policy, which is available in writing on request.

6. Safety responsibilities

We are responsible for applying products safely and briefing you on any drying, exclusion or re-entry times. You are responsible for following those instructions and keeping bait stations and treated zones undisturbed between visits.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where the law provides otherwise. We carry insurance appropriate to our work and will share details with commercial clients on request.
