Coastal buildings and salt air

Salt-laden air is hard on fixings, screens and seals, and a building that has lost its seals has lost its first line of pest exclusion. Guest turnover brings bedbugs, and open-fronted restaurants near the sea bring flies. Fly control here is exclusion and waste handling first and trapping second, because a unit sited over a service counter attracts insects towards food rather than away from it.

Bedbug work is scoped across adjoining rooms and the linen route as standard, since treating only the room that generated the complaint is the reason operators end up treating the same property repeatedly.
