Bedbug Control
Thorough treatment of mattresses, frames, seams and cracks to break the bedbug life cycle at every stage.
Overview
Bedbugs are among the hardest pests to remove because they hide in seams, joints and cracks within a few metres of where people sleep, and their eggs resist most surface sprays. A single missed harbourage restarts the whole problem.
Our treatment covers mattresses, bed frames, headboards, skirting, upholstery seams and wall junctions in one systematic pass, using products and application methods chosen specifically to reach eggs as well as live insects. For hotels and hostels we work discreetly, room by room, with minimal disruption to occupancy.
Signs you may need this service
- Itchy bite marks in lines or clusters, often on arms and shoulders
- Rust coloured spots on sheets and mattress seams
- Tiny pale eggs and shed skins in seams and joints
- A sweet, musty smell in heavily affected rooms
- Live insects in mattress piping, frame joints and behind headboards
How the treatment works
Systematic treatment
Every harbourage zone in the room is treated in a fixed sequence, from the bed outward, so nothing is skipped.
Egg-stage coverage
We combine residual application with targeted crack-and-crevice work because eggs survive treatments that only hit surfaces.
Follow-up visit
A second visit is scheduled to intercept nymphs hatching from any eggs laid before the first treatment, which is how the cycle is fully broken.
Safety measures
Bedding and clothing are handled under clear instructions before and after treatment, and mattresses are treated with products approved for use on sleeping surfaces, applied and dried per label directions before rooms are reoccupied.
Before your treatment
- Strip beds and wash bedding at the hottest safe setting
- Empty bedside drawers and clear the floor around beds
- Do not move mattresses or furniture to other rooms, which spreads the insects
- Bag laundered items in clean sealed bags until after treatment
After your treatment
- Allow treated surfaces to dry fully before remaking beds
- Vacuum daily for two weeks and dispose of the vacuum bag outside
- Keep beds slightly away from walls until the follow-up visit
- Report continued bites after the follow-up so we can retreat promptly
