Overview
Most spiders are harmless, but heavy webbing on eaves, ceilings and warehouse racking looks neglected, contaminates stock and keeps coming back because the food supply, other insects, is still there.
Our spider work combines physical web and egg sac removal with a residual treatment on the surfaces spiders travel and settle on. Because spiders follow their prey, we also look at what is attracting the insects they feed on, especially lighting, and advise on changes that reduce the problem at its root.

How the treatment works
Web and sac removal
Existing webs and egg sacs are physically removed, which matters because egg sacs are untouched by sprays.
Residual application
Travel routes and settling surfaces including eaves, frames, ceiling corners and racking receive a residual treatment that deters resettlement.
Attraction management
We advise on exterior lighting and insect pressure, because fewer flying insects means fewer spiders, permanently.
Safety measures
Applications to eaves and high corners are made with extension equipment from the ground where possible. Interior treatments target junctions and voids rather than open living surfaces, with normal room use resuming once surfaces are dry.

- Switch off external lights near treatment zones if asked
After your treatment
- Leave treated surfaces undisturbed until dry
- Knock down any new webs; resettling spiders will contact the residual
- Consider warmer coloured exterior bulbs that attract fewer insects
