The D8S pairs two 8W UV tubes with a curved housing that conceals the adhesive board from every normal viewing angle. It is the unit to choose where the trap has to be visible in the room but must not look clinical — hotel corridors, reception areas, cafés and open-plan offices.
Because it captures rather than electrocutes, there is no risk of insect fragments being thrown into the surrounding air, which is what makes it acceptable in hygiene-sensitive spaces in the first place.
