A restaurant group turns a failed audit into a benchmark score
A three-outlet restaurant group failed a franchise pest control audit with findings on cockroach activity and missing documentation, putting the franchise agreement at risk.
We began with intensive gel baiting and growth regulator treatment across all three kitchens, targeting the German cockroach populations established in equipment housings and service voids. Drain and duct treatments cut off reinfestation routes between floors.
Just as importantly, we built the documentation system the audit demanded: station maps, service logs, product records and trend reports, maintained visit by visit and stored on site.
At re-audit eight weeks later, the group scored above franchise benchmark on pest management. All three outlets remain on monthly service and have passed every audit since.
